- Vinzi reserves the right to make certain payment methods unavailable for particular products, categories, locations, order values, promotions, or operational circumstances, subject to applicable law.
2. PAYMENT GATEWAY — PAYU
Vinzi uses PayU as its payment gateway/payment processing service for applicable online transactions.
Online payments may be processed through PayU's payment infrastructure and the relevant banking, card, UPI, wallet, or other payment networks.
Depending on the payment method selected, the transaction may involve:
- PayU;
- customer's bank;
- card network;
- issuing bank;
- acquiring bank;
- UPI infrastructure;
- wallet provider; or
- another authorized payment service provider.
- Vinzi does not independently control the processing time, authorization, settlement, reversal, or technical availability of third-party banking and payment systems.
3. PAYMENT SECURITY
Customers should complete payments only through the official Vinzi checkout/payment interface.
Vinzi will not ask customers to disclose sensitive authentication information such as:
- UPI PIN;
- ATM PIN;
- card PIN;
- CVV;
- OTP;

- Customers should never share such information with another person.
4. PREPAID PAYMENT
Certain Vinzi products or orders may be designated as PREPAID ONLY.
Where an order is marked prepaid-only before checkout, the customer must complete payment through an available electronic payment method.
- Cash on Delivery will not be available for an order clearly identified as prepaid-only.
- The prepaid-only requirement may be applied for legitimate operational reasons, including:
- product category;
- product value;
- fulfillment cost;
- delivery cost;
- logistics restrictions;
- return-to-origin risk;
- location;
- promotional conditions;
- payment-processing requirements; or
- other legitimate operational requirements.
- Prepaid-only status does not remove any statutory consumer right or legally required remedy.
5. CASH ON DELIVERY
COD may be available only for products and locations where Vinzi expressly offers COD at checkout.
- COD availability may depend on:
- product;
- order value;
- delivery location;
- customer location;
- serviceability;
- logistics availability;
- previous delivery performance;
- operational considerations;
- promotional conditions; and
- other legitimate factors.
- The absence of COD at checkout means that the order must be paid through an available prepaid method.
- Customers must not attempt to force COD availability where it is not displayed at checkout.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
- An order is considered successfully paid only after Vinzi receives appropriate confirmation of successful payment or otherwise confirms the transaction.
- Merely initiating a payment does not necessarily mean that payment has been successfully completed.
- An order may remain pending until the relevant payment status is confirmed.
7. PAYMENT FAILURE
A payment may fail because of:
- insufficient funds;
- bank rejection;
- incorrect payment details;
- UPI failure;

- If payment fails, the customer may retry using an available payment method.
8. MONEY DEBITED BUT ORDER NOT CONFIRMED
- If the customer's bank/payment account is debited but Vinzi does not receive confirmation of a successful transaction, the customer should not immediately make repeated payments without checking the order/payment status.
- The transaction may be:
- pending;
- successful but awaiting confirmation;
- failed;
- reversed; or
- otherwise under processing.
- Vinzi may verify the transaction with the applicable payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
- If the payment is ultimately determined to have failed but the customer's account was debited, the applicable amount may be reversed/refunded through the relevant payment/payment-network process, subject to the applicable banking/payment timelines.
- 9. DUPLICATE PAYMENT
- If a customer accidentally makes multiple successful payments for the same order, Vinzi may verify the duplicate transaction.
- Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the additional eligible amount may be refunded or otherwise resolved through the applicable payment mechanism.
- Customers should retain:

- Certain failed or incomplete transactions may automatically be reversed by the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other payment institution.
- The time required for a reversal may vary depending on the relevant financial institution and payment method.
- Vinzi cannot guarantee the internal processing time of an independent bank or payment provider.
12. REFUNDS
- Where a refund is approved under Vinzi's Return & Refund Policy or applicable law, Vinzi may initiate the refund through the applicable payment mechanism.
- Where technically and legally possible, prepaid refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method.

- PayU;
- customer's bank;
- card issuer;
- UPI provider;
- wallet provider;
- payment network; or

- UPI PIN;
- OTP;
- card PIN;
- CVV;
- banking password; or
- other confidential authentication information
14. REFUND TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
- Where the payment system permits it, prepaid refunds may be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Depending on the payment method and applicable technical limitations, Vinzi may use another legally permissible refund mechanism where necessary.
15. PAYMENT GATEWAY FEES
- Where applicable, payment-processing charges may be incorporated into the transaction pricing or separately disclosed at checkout.

- loyalty benefits; or
- other applicable offers.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing the final payable amount displayed before confirming payment.
17. COUPONS AND PAYMENT
Coupons or promotional codes may be subject to specific conditions, including:
- minimum order value;
- eligible products;
- eligible categories;
- payment method;
- maximum discount;
- usage limits;
- validity period;
- customer eligibility; and
- other conditions.
- A coupon may become unavailable after cancellation or return where the promotional terms permit such treatment.
Promotional terms do not override mandatory consumer rights.
18. PAYMENT FOR NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS
- Customers acknowledge that certain products, including grocery, food, consumable, hygiene-sensitive, and other specified products, may be designated as non-returnable for voluntary returns.
- Customers should review the product's return status before completing payment.
- Non-returnability does not eliminate a legally required remedy for defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, unsafe, counterfeit, or materially non-conforming products.
19. PAYMENT FOR PREPAID-ONLY PRODUCTS
- Where an item is identified as PREPAID ONLY, the customer must complete online payment before the order can be confirmed.
- The order will not ordinarily be dispatched unless the payment status is successfully confirmed.
- If Vinzi cannot fulfill a successfully paid order for reasons attributable to Vinzi, the applicable refund will be processed according to Vinzi's refund procedure and applicable law.

- If a technical, administrative, banking, payment-gateway, or other error results in a customer receiving an amount greater than the amount legally or contractually due, Vinzi may contact the customer to correct the error.
- Any recovery or adjustment will be undertaken in accordance with applicable law.
24. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SYSTEMS
- Vinzi is not responsible for delays, outages, failures, reversals, or technical issues caused solely by independent banks, payment networks, payment gateways, card issuers, UPI providers, wallets, or other third-party payment systems.
- Vinzi will, where reasonably possible, assist customers in identifying the status of a payment processed through the Vinzi checkout system.
25. PAYMENT RECEIPTS
- Customers should retain the order confirmation, invoice, payment confirmation, transaction reference, and other relevant records until the transaction and any applicable return/refund period have been completed.
- Electronic records may be used to verify payment and transaction history.

- Do not make payments based solely on:
- WhatsApp messages;
